Hilton Prague is a very contemporary glass-box-style hotel, located in Prague’s old town. Goddard Littlefair’s design inspiration for the new room designs at the 980-room hotel is the art movement of cubism, which was very linked historically to the city, with Prague thought of as the most important centre for cubism outside of Paris before World War One. All the furniture for the rooms therefore reflects both the patterns and geometry of Czech cubism (also known as cubo expressionism).
