The design blends elegance and timelessness with subtle nods to Grecian heritage, incorporating marble panels, contemporary column motifs, and local materials to create an authentic connection to the surroundings. A fabric canopy above provides shade and privacy, while still allowing guests to feel immersed in the outdoor elements.

Goddard Littlefair’s redesign also tackled the operational challenges of a bustling hotel restaurant, introducing flexible seating and optimizing the space for more efficient service.
