Part of the £15 billion Nine Elms development – the largest regeneration initiative in Europe – The Corniche was designed by Foster & Partners and the finish of the building exterior has its roots in the Art Deco tradition of luxury, glamour and exuberance.

The interior continues this modern interpretation of old-school opulence, using traditional materials to create grand and contemporary spaces. Defined by the external geometry of sleek curves, the design uses datum lines to emphasise proportions.
