Combining rich heritage with modern design, the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, on the distinguished Three Crosses Square.

The brief included the complete refurbishment of the hotel’s three main dining areas to create unique and upscale dining spaces, including a new 150-cover bar lounge, a casual all-day dining space and breakfast room inspired by the Mediterranean as well as a new speciality Asian dining restaurant – In Azia.

The two new restaurants in the Sheraton Grand Warsaw, Cucina Mia and InAzia are overseen by Executive chef Marcin Sasin. Sasin’s style combines traditional recipes with avant-garde techniques.

Building on the success of the previous iteration of In Azia, Goddard Littlefair’s F&B division Epicurean designed an emotive and dramatic restaurant that uses its internal location as an advantage to set the mood. The room has no natural daylight and is only open for dinner service, so recessed troughs were designed into the rear of banquettes and within high level timber bulkheads to illuminate varying levels of the room to play with guests mood and visual focus.
